The Club meets during the season most Saturday mornings, 10am-12pm on a Pond on the outskirts of the of village of North Cave. (We generally close December - February) During summer months we try to operate on a Wednesday evening too.

Please note: The pond is not public water and its surrounding land is privately owned.

Clothing

You are likely to get wet so bring a towel and a spare set of clothes. Warm clothing and a cagoule to keep off the wind is recommended. An old pair of trainers or neoprene shoes are also a good idea. Any shoe laces to be securely tucked away.

Equipment

The club has a full range of kayaks, canoes and paddle boards for you to try at pond sessions. We also have paddles, spray decks and cagoules for people to use at our pond sessions.

Pond Sessions and Trips

Due to previous Government and British Canoeing medical guidelines, a policy of booking - via Messenger groups - onto pond sessions and trips was adopted. This proved to be very useful for organisational purposes and will therefore be continued.

It is the responsibility of each person to follow latest Government health regulations.
